We move fast. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order - and what happens if something isn't right.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched the next business day, subject to stock availability. We process and ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During promotional periods, allow up to 2 business days for dispatch.

All orders are sent via fully trackable courier. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available between 9am and 5pm - if no one's home, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office or depot for collection.

Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days. During peak periods - public holidays, Christmas and major sale events - allow a little extra time.

New Zealand

Returns

We stand behind every formula. If your order arrives damaged or causes an adverse reaction, we'll sort it out. Refunds for unsatisfactory experiences are handled on a case-by-case basis.

A few things worth knowing:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • We don't offer replacements for extensively used products where results haven't met expectations - hair takes time, and we'd always recommend giving the system a full run before making a call.
  • Only items purchased directly from growthbomb.com are eligible for return. If you bought from one of our stockists, contact them directly - returns are handled in line with their own policy.
  • On approval, we'll refund the purchase cost of the product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Missing or damaged orders

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, contact us at hello@growthbomb.com as soon as possible. Include photos of the affected items and we'll assess and resolve it quickly.
