1. Who we are

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Growth Bomb Pty Ltd (ABN 93 642 435 041), trading as Growth Bomb. "You" means the person using our site or buying from us.

2. The offer

Subscribe to our email list and we will send you a code for 15% off full priced items at growthbomb.com.

There is no minimum spend.

3. Who can claim it

The offer is open to anyone who has not subscribed to our email list before. You do not need to be a new customer - if you have ordered with us but never subscribed, you can claim it.

One code per email address. Subscribing again with a different email address to claim another code is a breach of these terms.

4. How to claim

Subscribe through the signup form on growthbomb.com. We will email your code to the address you give us. Enter it at checkout.

If the code does not arrive, check your junk folder first, then email hello@growthbomb.com.

5. What the code applies to

The code applies to full priced items only.

It does not apply to:

• Systems and bundles, including the Supercharge System, Rebirth System, Meno+ System, Men's Power System and the Growth Booster Duo
• Items already reduced, on sale or in a promotion
• Gift cards
• Shipping and handling

If your cart holds both full priced and excluded items, the code comes off the full priced items only.

6. How long the code lasts

Your code expires 10 days after we email it to you. Use it before then. We cannot extend or reissue an expired code.

7. How many times you can use it

The code can be used once. Once you place an order with it, it stops working.

8. Using it with other offers

The code can be used alongside our free gift offers. If your order qualifies for a free gift, you still get the gift.

Be aware that some gift offers have a minimum spend worked out after discounts. Applying this code lowers your order total, so a discounted order may fall below that minimum and no longer qualify. The cart will show you what applies before you pay.

The code cannot be used with any other discount code.

9. Your subscription

Subscribing means you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not cancel a code you have already used.

10. We can change or cancel the offer

We may change, suspend or cancel this offer at any time, for any reason, without notice. Codes already issued and orders already accepted are not affected.

11. Codes have no cash value

The code has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, applied to an order already placed, or used in conjunction with a price match.

12. Returns and refunds

If you return an item bought with the code, we refund what you paid for it, not its full price.

13. Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

This is a game of chance. Skill is not a factor. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entering the promotion means you accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Growth Bomb Pty Ltd (ABN 93 642 435 041) of Level 4, 189 Toorak Road, South Yarra VIC 3141 (the Promoter).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia (all states and territories) aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.

2.3 You must have an Australian address for delivery of the prize.

3. Promotion period

The promotion starts at 9:00am AEDT on 16 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 2 November 2026 (the Promotion Period). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

4. How to enter

4.1 During the Promotion Period, go to [landing page URL] and complete the sign-up form with your first name and email address. You can also enter through the pop-up on [website URL].

4.2 By submitting the sign-up form you opt in to receive marketing emails from the Promoter. Opting in is a condition of entry. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you unsubscribe before the draw, your entry is void.

4.3 Limit of one entry per person. Additional entries made with another email address, or by any automated or fraudulent means, will be void and may lead to disqualification.

4.4 The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or illegible entries, or for any failure of technology, network or website that prevents an entry being received.

4.5 Entries are deemed to be made by the person who owns the email address used to enter.

5. The prize

5.1 There is one winner. The prize is:

• 2x Dyson Airwrap Co-anda 2x in Ceramic Pink/Rose Gold (RRP $999 each, total $1,998), one for the winner and one for a friend of the winner's choice; and
• 2x full Growth Bomb Supercharge range, one set for each recipient. Each set includes one each of Supercharge Shampoo (300ml), Supercharge Conditioner (300ml), Booster Serum Strength & Length (30ml), Strengthening Mask (235ml), Supercharge Spray (120ml), Hot Take Bi-Phase Oil (100ml), AHA Scalp Exfoliant (100ml) and Silicone Scalp Brush. Total RRP of the Growth Bomb products is $371.84 (two sets at $185.92 each).

5.2 The total prize pool is $2,369.84 (RRP, including GST). All values are the Recommended Retail Price at the time of publishing these Terms and Conditions.

5.3 The Dyson Airwraps are supplied in Ceramic Pink/Rose Gold. The colour cannot be changed.

5.4 The prize is not transferable (except to the friend as described above), cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and cannot be taken in part. The winner is responsible for any personal tax implications.

5.5 The friend must be aged 18 years or over and have an Australian delivery address. The winner must have the friend's permission to give us their name and address.

6. The draw

6.1 The draw will take place at Level 4, 189 Toorak Road, South Yarra VIC 3141 on 3 November 2026.

6.2 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. Only entrants who are opted in to Growth Bomb marketing emails at the time of the draw are eligible to win. The Promoter will also draw [two] reserve entries in case the winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible.

6.3 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner notification

7.1 The winner will be notified by email, using the email address provided on entry, on 3 November 2026. The Promoter may also try to contact the winner by phone or social media message.

7.2 The winner must reply within 7 days of the notification email and provide two Australian shipping addresses (the winner's and the friend's) and a contact phone number for delivery.

7.3 The winner's first name and state will be published on the Promoter's website and social media channels on or after 3 November 2026. By entering, the winner agrees to this publication.

7.4 We will only contact the winner from an email address ending in [@growthbomb domain]. We will never ask the winner for payment or banking details.

8. Unclaimed prizes

8.1 If the winner does not reply within 7 days, is ineligible or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the prize is forfeited and the Promoter will draw a reserve winner from the remaining valid entries at the same location. The reserve winner must also be opted in to Growth Bomb marketing emails at the time they are drawn.

8.2 The same notification and claim rules apply to the reserve winner. Any reserve draw will take place within 14 days of the first draw. If no eligible winner claims the prize after the reserve draws, the Promoter may deal with the prize as it sees fit.

9. Prize delivery

The Promoter will deliver the prizes to the two addresses provided, within 28 days of the winner confirming both addresses. Prizes are delivered at the Promoter's cost. The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers or by incorrect addresses supplied by the winner. Risk in the prize passes to the winner on delivery.

10. Privacy and marketing

10.1 The Promoter collects your name and email address to run the promotion, contact the winner, and send you Growth Bomb marketing. We collect the winner's phone number and the friend's name and address to deliver the prize.

10.2 The Promoter handles personal information in line with its Privacy Policy at [Privacy Policy URL], which explains how to access or correct your information and how to make a complaint.

10.3 You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing [privacy email].

11. General

11.1 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a way that is fraudulent or unfair.

11.2 If the promotion cannot run as planned for a reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud or a natural disaster, the Promoter may cancel, change or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from an authority.

11.3 To the extent the law allows, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage, including indirect loss, arising from entering the promotion or from the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

11.4 The prize is covered by any applicable manufacturer's warranty. The Promoter gives no other warranty about the prize.

11.5 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Dyson, Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) or TikTok. Entrants release those companies from any liability relating to the promotion. Dyson and Airwrap are trade marks of their owners and are used here only to describe the prize.

11.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Victoria] and the parties submit to the courts of that state.
