Growth Bomb – Before & After Competition
1. Promoter
The promoter is HBN Group Pty Ltd ABN 35 642 283 332.
2. Eligibility
• Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
A competition winner will be drawn every 90 days from the pool of entrants.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must, during the competition period:
1. Submit one set of before hair photos via the official competition landing page; and
2. 5 weeks later, submit one set of after hair photos via the official competition landing page;
3. Complete all required fields on the entry form.
Limit of one entry per person.
5. Judging & Winner Selection
• This is a game of skill, not chance.
• All valid entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the promoter based on:
• Visible hair or scalp improvement
• Consistency of routine
• Overall transformation journey
• The winner will be selected on or before 10 February 2026.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize
• One (1) winner will receive a year’s supply of Growth Bomb products, valued at $400.
• “Year’s supply” is defined as a product allocation determined by the promoter based on recommended usage guidelines.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Notification
• The winner will be notified via email within 10 business days of judging.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Use of Images & Content
By entering the competition, entrants:
• Confirm they own the rights to the submitted images and have permission to share them;
• Grant the promoter a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use submitted photos, testimonials, and entry content for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to email, social media, paid advertising, and website use;
• Acknowledge that images may be edited or formatted for presentation but will not be used in a misleading manner.
9. Privacy
• Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• Information will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting entrants, and may be used for marketing communications in line with existing customer consent.
10. General
• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits misleading or inappropriate content.
• The promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or errors beyond its control.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, or any other third-party platform.
