Hair fall went up
By week twelve, the thirty people on the control formula were losing about six more hairs than when they started**.
Hairdian®

What convinced us
One trial, run by an outside lab, with a control group to measure against. That’s a higher bar than most plant actives clear, and it’s the whole reason Hairdian® is in here.*

With Hairdian®
Hair fall went down
The thirty people using an essence with 2% Hairdian® were losing about seven fewer hairs by week four, about fourteen by week eight, and about twenty by week twelve**.

In a twelve-week trial the group using it lost fewer hairs, and the group that wasn't lost more. That's a real result. It was also paid for by the people who make the ingredient and run on their formula rather than ours.
The evidence available is supplier-conducted testing, not independent clinical proof. Growth Bomb doesn't claim Hairdian® regrows hair.
It was tested by the manufacturer at high volumes with no skin reaction and no eye irritation. Scalps still vary, so stop using it if yours reacts.
Because it goes on as its four parts: thuja leaf extract, ginger root extract, mugwort leaf extract and red clover leaf extract. Hairdian® is the name of the blend, not of a single ingredient.
*JAKA Biotech (no date) Hairdian AP-GL, version 4.0, pp. 45-48. Supplier-commissioned trial, conducted by a third-party laboratory to the Test Method for Efficacy Measurement of Anti-hair Loss Cosmetic Products, in Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics (2015). Unpublished.
**Hairs counted by combing, measured against each participant’s own baseline. Supplier-commissioned testing of Hairdian® at 2% in the maker’s demonstration essence - not our shampoo or serum, which each contain under 1%, within the supplier’s recommended range of 0.5-5%. Participants had general hair loss; the trial included no menopausal cohort. Values are read from JAKA’s published chart, which reports the results graphically without stated figures. Individual results vary.
