TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Entrants must complete the official trial application form truthfully and provide all requested information.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Growth Bomb are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry and Selection
To apply for the trial, entrants must complete the online form and answer questions regarding their current hair condition.
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
Participants will be selected at the sole discretion of Growth Bomb based on the suitability of their application.
Selected participants will be notified via email and provided with complimentary Growth Bomb hair care products for the purpose of this trial.


3. Trial Requirements
Selected participants agree to:
Use only the supplied Growth Bomb products during the trial period, unless otherwise advised.
Submit clear “before” photos prior to beginning the trial.
Provide updated photos and written feedback after 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months of consistent product use.
Respond to reasonable follow-up communications from Growth Bomb or its authorised representatives during the trial.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in removal from the program or ineligibility for future brand activities.


4. Use of Photos, Feedback and Personal Information
By participating, you grant Growth Bomb, its related entities, licensees and agents a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, edit and adapt your submitted photos, videos, testimonials and written feedback for promotional, marketing and advertising purposes.
This may include (but is not limited to) use on social media, websites, email marketing, digital and print advertising, and retail materials.
You consent to your first name, age, and suburb being used alongside your photos or testimonials if required.
Photos must be your own and must not infringe any third-party rights.
Growth Bomb may edit submissions for length, clarity or grammar without altering the original meaning.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Growth Bomb’s Privacy Policy, available at https://growthbomb.com/pages/privacy-policy.


5. Product Supply
Products provided for the purpose of this trial are supplied free of charge for personal use only.
Products must not be sold, gifted, or transferred to others.
Participants must follow all product directions for use as stated on the packaging.
Growth Bomb products are not therapeutic goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.
If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.


6. Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and use.
Growth Bomb makes no express or implied warranties or guarantees of specific outcomes.
Participant feedback reflects individual experience only and is not a substitute for professional advice.


7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Growth Bomb materials, trademarks, and trial documentation remain the property of Growth Bomb.
Participants may not reproduce or distribute any product images, brand materials, or internal communications without prior written consent.


8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Growth Bomb and its associated entities are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising from or in connection with participation in the trial or the use of supplied products.
Participants acknowledge that they enter and participate in the trial at their own risk.


9. Changes or Termination
Growth Bomb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the trial or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
Any updates will be published on the official trial registration page.


10. Acceptance
By submitting your application form and participating in the trial, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
